COVID-19 Protocol

 
 

Once you are scheduled for an appointment, please review the following information carefully prior to your appointment. If you have questions, call 919-619-6407.


Pre-Appointment:

  1. Complete the COVID-19 questionnaire 24 hours before your appointment.

  2. Communicate any special needs in advance via text or the form.

  3. Please have payment ready (pre-written check or exact cash) prior to visit.


Appointment:

  1. Please wait in your vehicle until you are texted to come to the door.

  2. Once you receive a text, a sterile surgical mask will be waiting for you outside the storm door. Please put on the mask that is provided.

  3. Once you are masked, ring the doorbell and you will be admitted to the treatment room after your temperature is verified to be in the acceptable range.

  4. Please deposit payment into box before your session.

  5. All personal belongings need to be stored in the designated area (on the door hooks provided and the floor below).

  6. Keep talking to a bare minimum (related to treatment only).

  7. A mask needs to be worn at all times throughout your session.


Post-Appointment:

  1. Please keep the provided mask on until you exit the storm door.

  2. Future appointments can be scheduled via email or text.
